Norwich Knights chairman, fitness guru and Dynamic Fitness supremo Ross Lenton speaks about the upcoming trip to China with England Korfball, Ross is assistant coach. Norwich Knights are one of the country's top Korfball Clubs. Established in 2003, they have gone from strength to strength and now boast 6 senior teams that compete at every level of the sport, from the English Korfball Premier League to grassroots Norfolk League level. In the last few seasons, they have also established an active and succesful Juniors section of the club.
